SimpleAddresses provides address validation, autocomplete, and reverse search APIs to help developers and organizations deliver accurate location data in their applications.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to:

5. API Usage and Limits

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize SimpleAddresses to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SimpleAddresses does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleAddresses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
